AS A MEMBER OF NORTH EASTERN DRIVING TRIALS LTD, I/WE AGREE HEREWITH TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND CONSTITUTION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED. SHOULD THE COMPANY BE WOUND UP, I/WE PROMISE TO PAY THE SUM OF £1.00 TOWARDS ITS DEBTS IF ASKED TO DO SO.

Data Protection

You are asked to note the following statement in connection with the Data Protection Act:

Any data or information provided to NEDTL/BC for the purposes of membership/affiliation will be processed for all purposes in connection with the Administration and Participation by the members in NEDTL Competitions and activities. We will not share your information with anyone (other than BC), other NEDTL members or use it for marketing purposes. Your signature provided on payment of the required membership subscription fee shall constitute your consent to NEDTL to process your Information for the purposes set out in this Data Protection Statement.
