Late Entries:
For 2013 the closing date for entries will be the FRIDAY two weeks preceding the date of the event instead of the Monday – i.e. 16 days beforehand. This is to allow for difficulties caused by weekend posting, which can often cause the entries secretary great problems when trying to arrange the schedule. This information will be repeated in the omnibus schedule, which will be out in the new year.

We hope you’ll all be delighted to hear that in 2013 there will again be a marquee at our Allerton, Newby Hall and End of Season Escrick Park events! with a smaller hospitality tent at our other events. Hopefully as many of you as possible will take the opportunity to socialize using these excellent facilities – and remember, this invitation includes everyone - grooms, helpers, stewards and Uncle Tom Cobbley and all, as well as drivers!
